Seems like this will be a very funny series. Doesn't have too much nastiness in that I'd find it thouroughly loathsome, and it might even be suitable for teenagers, but definitely not kids. The censoring was a good idea, since animated nudity tends to be poor in quality. The goofiness with the TV and School and Uncle was nice. Paco's innocence is wonderful, and so is his naivety. It will likely lead to good humor. If not well executed it will lead to poor humor, that is tasteless and unfunny, but its not like this cartoon will go with that direction. The cursing isn't obsessive, and there isn't an overuse of boring still spots, its always using something somewhere funny.

BatOuttaHellStudios responds:

Thanks, I appreciate your thoughtful analysis. There's a delicate balance between being funny and being over the top that I try not to upset too much. Glad you noticed that! And Paco's innocence is largely based on personal experience. The situations many innocent-minded people find themselves in is surprising. Plus, I just liked the idea of an innocent young demon paired up with a not-so-innocent angel. The whole "don't judge a book by its cover" concept. Any way, the second ep is faster paced. I'm not sure if it's raunchier, but it's definitely more violent. I'll be interested in seeing your take on it, you seem pretty insightful :)

Pretty damn stupid, at least it had semi-decent voice acting and animation, but no good joke, moral, or story.

Speedo responds:

the moral is if you feed your dog chocolate, it WILL die
DUH GOSH, DINGUS

Ah, this is decent. The stupid characters combined with the stupid villain makes the video funny... but only out of a stupid what the hell is wrong with them kind of way.

Triple-Elemental responds:

Well glad you find found it funny in some way at least! Thanks for the review.

It's funny, and humorous, like that the actual voices were used. Wish there was more, let alone slightly better animation, but still this is good nonetheless. Thankfully you did not rape my childhood favorites as badly as the Gamecube did.

PuffballsUnited responds:

Yeah the animation is def not the best but it gets the idea across

Actually a good parody for once. You know, in Dragonball and the earliest part of the Z series, Goku was quite the average hero that equaled every human, cyclops, and namekian encountered in the series, both villain and hero. And Vegeta is super-powerful, but he just likes to be an asshat for the heck of it and not kill off every villains right away, which he is able to do through-out the whole friggin Z series! That Krillin and Piccolo once had power that is all but forgotten in the Z series is sad, but this video brings back memories when they were cool.

nalem responds:

Thanks so much! I actually am quite fond of Krillin and Piccolo. It stinks that after the Freeza saga, it becomes "The Saiyan Show." While I do enjoy Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and Trunks, it's like "SUPER SAIYANS ONLY, GAIZ, SRY." Krillin and Piccolo were such badasses in the Freeza saga and really held their own... y'know, until they both got their asses handed to them. But they actually put up a fight!

I think the real issue came from Toriyama, honestly. He wanted to end the series after the Freeza saga was over, but he wasn't allowed, and you can tell! The show loses its heart after that.

Haha, sorry for being SUPER nerdy right now. Thanks again for enjoying it!

It is true that every site needs revenue in some form, or they won't last forever.
Even the most capable site manager cannot sustain a website alone without devoting income.
Newgrounds does have a means of profits, even if Ads are practically non-existent compared to other sites.
Still donating will certainly help. If people someday don't spend enough on shop items and support the occasion game and series here and there than donating may even be needed.
For now, this gives a lot to think about. Newgrounds can last, but for how long?

Sketchy responds:

Good explanation. And I don't know, do you?

I laughed my ass off and felt guilty the whole time doing it. You are awesome for making something so horrible funny JohnnyUtah!

PS: This is a very dark sick humor video. Not for batman and people without a funny bone aka batman.

JohnnyUtah responds:

i like my humor like i like my coffee amirite

This was pretty funny. The fact that the three of them did not realize who was who that night is funnier. The STD thing and the accidental homosexuality, plus the love triangle complex, makes it all the funnier. Could be longer and deeper though with a big story to it. If only the flash was 30 seconds longer.

Sexual-Lobster responds:

everything can go longer and deeper if you know what i mean eh?

Reminds me alot of several extremist groups about the USA. Westboro Baptist Church would probably eat fried chicken for protest against gays. Same with the crazy sect in Alabama. And the many many crazies in Texas. And in the end... fried chicken will only cause obesity, and make America look like a bunch of retarded fat people, and do nothing to stop tolerance and freedom.

This certainly is an unique animation. Whether or not it was intending to invoke deep thoughts and philophical questions, show a grotesque side of civilization, or merely be an incredible provocative view on life, is unknown. What is known, is that this was enjoyable for me, and countless others, to watch, and think about.

DieterTheuns responds:

Glad you liked it ^^

I love games, art, music, videos, I guess thats why I'm here. I tried making and programming simple games before, but most of them come out lousy. I tried drawing, painting, and sculpting, but that stuff comes out pretty mediocre. I guess I'm just a poet.
